2022.01.24 08:44 Jumpy-Security3624 MarianoTarantino's suggestions:
| MarianoTarantino's suggestions:|
-the ability to sort players by profession or level
-adding a guild symbol to the list of available players
- after clicking on the seedlings, the information to whom they belong will be displayed, while after clicking by the player who planted the planting the time of planting will be displayed
-The wagon next to the mine incorrectly shows if it is occupied. If you don't have a renewed mission to enter the mine and click the wagon it will turn to full for 10 minutes even though no one has entered.
- additional auto attack option, thanks to which it will be on all the time, automatically attacking monsters without interruption, until it is turned off without clicking on the hotkey
-the ability to sell improved items at the market
- introduction of guild alliances and alliance chat
- maybe an additional upgrade of items that gives a bonus in the form of percentages on: health, mane, critical attack or magic resistance
Defending a magic warrior is a failure. Berserker skills too maxed

2022.01.24 08:44 Long_long_wong Have few queries about the MS in MSE program
I’ve been accepted into MS in MSE program with a dean’s fellowship of $2300 per quarter. Still it is quite expensive (around $51k per year) when compared to my other options (UDel, Northeastern, UC Davis and Rice). But I’m really interested in working with a prof from the department.

Something a bit different. Have always loved motorcycles, haven’t had one in a few years and would like another. However, now we have a 10 month old. Should certain risks try to be minimised when you have a child such as the risk involved with motorcycles? Would the smart thing be to give it up? Not trying to solve an argument, just curious on peoples thoughts!

2022.01.24 08:43 Ranger447 Imagine, if during the Berlin blockade Truman had said, 'better not send any planes; Moscow might think it too provocative?' The Berlin blockade analogy is an instructive one. Had we not responded and let the Soviets take the city, would Moscow have then stopped? Of course not.

2022.01.24 08:43 Flippin_Heckles Sometimes it's nice to remember the friends of the old internet days. I hope you're all getting out of life what you need :)
It's another overcast day today, and whilst I'm stuck waiting for the final bits of my life over here to be over, I can't help but find myself reflecting on all those online friends I had over the years. Back in the good days when the likes of the Experience Project and MSN Messenger were on the go, and I think I went by the names of The Black Panther and Poguesy.
There's been so many of you, and you're all no longer part of my life now, but I fondly remember:
You had quite the dark outlook and I bonded with you over it for a short while. This was way back when we were both daft teenagers, and I remember when you accidentally sent me your address once and got quite worried. If my memory serves me correctly, I sent you some daft cross I had and some cryptic messages you couldn't figure out. I'm not entirely sure how we stopped talking, just parted ways in our way I guess.
I hope you've still got that fantastic attitude, and I hope you're doing well back on the island.
Oh I certainly remember you, and I certainly remember the attitude against life you had. I know I met you on the Experience Project (what a great site that was!), and we were part of this little group interested in serial killers and true crime. I can't be entirely sure what I called myself back then, but I think I might have gone by the name The Black Panther. Not entirely sure what you called yourself then either, we're going way back now, but I know we talked for some time. You also eventually told me you were part of a very wealthy family in Canada, and it was then I understand the rebellious nature in you.
I did actually find you on Facebook not so long ago. I know I had you my old one before I nuked it and stayed away from that site for a good few years, though I ultimately decided against sending a message to you. I don't even know if you'll remember me.
You were a bizarre one.
We bonded for a short while but we were ultimately going through our own battles and the friendship couldn't handle it. You share quite a bit with me, you were quite open and we did meet up once, but I think the demons we both possessed at the time just caused us to ultimately clash. I did reach out a couple of times later, we talked a little, but it was best to just let that short-lived friendship sail its final journey.
I do hope you found someone you felt could handle and understand you.
I really hope you've found a bit more calm and peace in your life, you didn't deserve to be carrying so much pain. I know we met up a few times, went for a few pints and all that, but I just wasn't in a place then where I could carry the battles you had with your mental health.
I drifted off, but then I came back after a while and hoped you were a bit calmer. It still felt the same to me so I just couldn't try and rebuild the friendship. I can vaguely remember some of your online names, and if you do so happen to ever come across this then it's me, Poguesy :)
Just hope you're doing as good as you can be :) I might try and reach out again in the future, get my detective hat back on.
I don't remember a great deal about you, though you do stick in my mind for some reason. I know we talked to each other on MSN Messenger, and I know we met on Chat Avenue - oh the teenager days! - and you came from Derby.
You were going through a difficult time and kept getting messed around by some boy online. I hope you saw sense with that one and you're now living a decent life.
Another one from MSN Messenger, and another one I don't remember much about but still crops up in my head from time to time.
You were from Scotland, had a thing for bunnies and I remember sending you a Black Panther teddy. I doubt you still have it. though I hope you enjoyed it for a while.
I remember you from the forum I was a member many years ago. You were retired then, and I remember constantly calling you an old fart. You didn't mind my rascal ways and saw the individual in me.
You died a few years back, but I just wish I knew at the time you were really that sick. I had a lot of respect for you.
Rest easy John.
I checked the place out not so long back, and it has certainly lost its former glory. I sometimes miss the old forum days, and I certainly miss the buzzing community I was once part of there.
I met some truly great characters, and I genuinely hope all of you are living your lives the best way possible. I don't think any of the members in my little gang are still there, though I might have a look one day.
Just remember, Poguesy expects you to eat your beans :P
I wonder if any of you and the many others through the years ever think of me?
I'm going to stop reflecting now.

2022.01.24 08:43 yZzN5DS_uvVhzx-rFhK7 Distro hopping partition advice
Hyper noob here, using Linux Mint at the moment. Apologies for the lengthy post.
I have a single ext4 partition on my SSD (mounted at /), and another single ext4 partition on my HDD (mounted at /home). I set it up this way with the intention of making it easier to distro hop and/or do a completely clean re-installation of Mint if necessary, as I have approximately 900GB of documents, pictures, and videos stored in /home that I need to retain.
As I was new to Linux when I set it up, I didn't realise that my user preferences would also be saved as hidden dotfiles at /home alongside the documents/pictures/videos I need to keep. I do not want to retain these dotfiles for any new install, because I want any new install to be completely clean.
I don't want user preferences for programs to persist in the new installation, and I don't want to end up with issues where dotfiles aren't compatible between the old and new distros. I will only have one OS installed at a time, so sharing files between distros is not a consideration.
With hindsight, it sounds like I would be better served by a single partition on my SSD (mounted at /), and then another single partition on my HDD (mounted at /data) containing /data/Documents, /data/Pictures, /data/Videos, etc. I could then symlink /home/useDocuments on the SSD to /data/Documents on the HDD, /home/usePictures to /data/Pictures, and so on. That way, I could just nuke everything on / on the SSD when doing a new install, keeping /data intact.
Should the partition with my files be at /data? Or /mnt/data? Or somewhere else? What is best practice?
And how can I change my existing setup so that it functions in this way?
Thanks for the help!

2022.01.24 08:43 dboxBr Eficácia do Venvanse e vitamina C

Hey I’m fairly new to cars so why not ask you guys for advice? I have a stock 97 LS and was wondering what I can do to it to make it run better than stock. I’ve read about spark plugs and cold air intakes. Is there anything you guys recommend me to upgrade/change/add to ? Anything helps y’all 🙃

2022.01.24 08:43 F1nanzler Hobby zum Nebenberuf machen? Fitness Trainer / Personal Trainer (DFLV)
Moin Leute, :)
